(02) — CONTEXT
Law firms don't have the portal they deserve.
Most firms still manage their clients by email. Case files live in Outlook inboxes, documents travel as unencrypted attachments, appointments are booked by phone, and invoices go out as a PDF attached to a follow-up email.
Existing tools on the market — Kleos, Secib, Diapaz — carry a UX that's fifteen years out of date. They're built for lawyers' internal needs, not for the end client's experience. As a result, no firm really puts them forward. Clients often don't even get direct access.
LawyerOS was built from that observation.
(03) — THE PRODUCT
A multi-tenant SaaS for business law firms.
Built around two portals: one for the lawyer, one for the client. The same base, two distinct experiences.
- A product site — landing page, features, pricing, documentation
- A lawyer portal — dashboard, case files, calendar, Stripe billing, conflict-of-interest checks, intake forms
- A client portal — a secure private space to track case files, messages, documents, invoices
- A prototype firm (Maison Aldéric & Associés) — a showcase site and a pre-configured LawyerOS instance built to demonstrate the product
The architecture is multi-tenant: each firm lives on its own subdomain or custom domain, with its own branding, users and isolated data.
(04) — PROTOTYPE FIRM
Maison Aldéric — the product's showcase.
Rather than present LawyerOS with mockups, we built a whole firm around it: a reference scenario, built to demonstrate the product.
Maison Aldéric & Associés doesn't exist. It's a Brussels business law firm invented from scratch to serve as a product showcase for LawyerOS. Visual identity, editorial voice, team (Aldéric Vermeulen, Sophie de Borchgrave, Jean-Marc Petit, Anaïs Lambert), M&A and Private Equity specialities, notable deals, legal insights — all built to embody what a real firm would do with LawyerOS.
Rather than a video or static screenshots, the product could be operated in real time, against a real database: a way to present LawyerOS as a finished product, not a mockup.

Why it matters.
LawyerOS isn't a website delivered to a client. It's a Kayo product — conceived, designed and built in-house.
1. We don't just deliver websites: we design products.
A law firm, an SME, a shop owner who comes to Kayo doesn't just get a showcase website. They get a studio able to design a complete product experience: website, app, client portal, automations.
2. We know what we're talking about: we built it for ourselves.
When we propose a custom client portal for a firm, it isn't an abstract promise: we've already built and tested it for our own use.
