The site was built years ago. Nobody has dared touch it since.
It is not a lack of interest. It is that nobody knows where to start.
It looks dated, and it shows
A design from another era sends a message you do not want to send: that the business, too, has not moved on.
It is slow, especially on a phone
Oversized images, accumulated plugins, entry-level hosting: the visitor waits, then leaves.
It no longer says what you do
The offer has evolved, the team has changed, so have the prices. The site tells a version of your business that no longer exists.
Audit, decide, rebuild. In that order.
A successful redesign does not start from scratch on principle. It keeps what works and redoes what holds you back.
The audit of the existing site
We review the site: content, structure, speed, search rankings, contact flow, connected tools. You receive a written assessment with what we recommend keeping, redoing or removing.
The new structure and the mockup
Pages are reorganised around what your visitors are looking for. Each page is mocked up, desktop and phone, with updated content.
The rebuild and the switch
The new site is developed separately, tested, then published in place of the old one. Old URLs are redirected to the new ones so nothing is lost on Google's side.
Before and after: what actually changes.
Your visitors still find your address. They discover an up-to-date site.
| Situation | Today | With Kayo |
|---|---|---|
| Perceived image | A dated site that contradicts the quality of your work | A site on par with your business today |
| Speed | Several seconds to load on a phone | A lighter site, tested on common devices |
| Content | Offers, team and prices from another era | Content reviewed and rewritten with you |
| Existing rankings | Risk of losing everything by changing site | Redirects in place, key pages preserved |
| Maintenance | Plugins to update, vulnerabilities to watch | A simple base, without accumulated plugins |
What stays in your hands.
You know your site better than anyone. The redesign is decided with you, page by page.
You choose what is kept
The audit proposes. You decide what stays, what changes and what goes.
The old site stays live until the switch
Nothing is cut during the project. The new site is built alongside and replaces the old one on the agreed day.
Your URLs do not change without reason
Pages that bring traffic keep their address or are redirected. We show you the list before the switch.
The scope is in writing
The quote lists the pages redone, the features carried over and what is added. The rest is priced as an addition.
Proven tools, chosen to last.
The new site rests on a modern, lightweight base. Measurement tools are used to compare before and after.

« You do not redo a website because it is old. You redo it because it no longer does its job. »
A restaurant whose website dates from its opening, six years earlier.
Fictional example to show the process. Timelines are those of a typical project and vary with the existing site.
- Week 1
Audit
The site is slow on phones, the menu shown is out of date, the booking button points to a closed service. Three pages bring most of the visits: home, menu, directions.
- Week 2
Structure and mockup
The site is brought down to five pages. The menu becomes editable by the restaurant, booking is connected to the tool actually in use. Mockups are approved in two rounds.
- Weeks 3 to 5
Rebuild
The new site is developed separately. Photos are compressed, copy rewritten with the manager, old URLs listed for redirection.
- Week 6
Switch
The new site replaces the old one on a Monday morning. Redirects are checked, the Google listing updated. The manager edits the menu himself that same evening.
Illustrative scenario: scope, timelines and features are examples. They are defined with you, based on your current site. An illustration is not a promise of results.
Before you ask.
Do we need to redo everything, or can the existing site be improved?
The audit answers precisely that question. In some cases a few targeted fixes are enough; in others, rebuilding costs less than patching. We tell you which, with the reasons.
Will I lose my search rankings?
Not if the switch is prepared: pages that matter keep their URL or are redirected, and the new site is checked in Google Search Console after launch. This is included in the redesign.
My site runs on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Is that a problem?
No. We retrieve the content and images, then rebuild on a lighter base. You keep your domain name.
What does the “from” price include?
The audit of the existing site, the new structure, the mockups and the rebuild of a site of a few pages with redirects. The final amount depends on the number of pages, the content to carry over and the features to keep; the audit makes it possible to price it precisely.

Describe your project and we will reply with a clear proposal.
A few lines are enough: your business, what you expect from the project, your timeline. No need to have everything figured out.
