No website, or one that leaves out the essentials.
It is not a matter of budget. The site was simply never thought of as a working tool.
Your customers look for you, and do not find you
A Facebook page, a Google listing, a site from another era: the first contact happens on a platform you do not control.
The site does not answer the questions people ask
What you do, for whom, at what price, how to get in touch: when the information is missing, the visitor goes looking elsewhere.
Nobody knows what the site brings in
Without a tracked form and without measurement, there is no way to know whether the site generates enquiries or only serves as a business card.
Structure first, design second, code last.
The project follows a precise order to avoid redoing the same page three times. You approve each step.
The brief and the structure
A conversation to understand your business, your customers and the action expected on the site. From it we derive the page tree and what each page must say, before any visual.
The mockup
Every page is drawn, desktop and phone, with your real content or copy we write with you. You comment, we adjust, until sign-off.
Development and launch
The site is coded from scratch, tested on common browsers and devices, connected to your domain name, then published. You receive the access details and a short training session.
Before and after: what actually changes.
You keep your way of working. The site takes care of the first contact.
| Situation | Today | With Kayo |
|---|---|---|
| First contact | A social media page or word of mouth alone | A site in your name, presenting your offer and contact details |
| Enquiries | A call or message at an unpredictable time | A form that asks the right questions, delivered to your inbox |
| Loading on a phone | Slow or poorly adapted | Fast and readable on every screen |
| Changes | Depending on a provider for every comma | You edit everyday content yourself, or we do it quickly |
| Measurement | None | The number of visits and enquiries, available at any time |
What stays in your hands.
A website carries your image. You decide what it says and what it shows.
You approve every step
Structure, mockup, content, launch: nothing moves to the next step without your written approval.
The site belongs to you
Domain name, hosting, source code: everything is in your name. You can change provider whenever you wish.
Your words, your tone
Content is written with you, from your own words. Nothing generic, nothing that does not sound like you.
The scope is in writing
The quote lists the pages, features and deliverables. Anything outside it is priced as an addition, never a surprise.
Proven tools, chosen to last.
We work on a modern, stable technical base. No hidden subscriptions, no dependence on a page builder.

« A website does not have to say everything. It has to say what matters, in the right order, and make contact obvious. »
A physiotherapy practice with no website, losing patients over the phone.
Fictional example to show the process. Timelines are those of a typical project and vary with scope.
- Week 1
Brief and structure
A one-hour conversation. The need is clear: present the specialities, reassure about insurance coverage, allow an appointment request without calling. The page tree fits in six pages.
- Week 2
Mockup
The pages are drawn with the real copy, written from the practice's own words. Two rounds of comments, then sign-off.
- Weeks 3 and 4
Development
The site is coded, the appointment request form connected to the front desk mailbox, the Google listing linked to the site.
- Week 5
Launch
Domain connected, site live, a thirty-minute training session to edit opening hours and fees. Requests now arrive in writing, with the reason and availability.
Illustrative scenario: scope, timelines and features are examples. They are defined with you, based on your business. An illustration is not a promise of results.
Before you ask.
I have no copy and no photos. Is that a problem?
No. Copy is written with you from a conversation. For photos, we tell you what to shoot, or we coordinate a photographer if the project justifies it.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes for everyday content such as copy, prices or opening hours, if an editing space is included in the quote. For the rest, we step in quickly, with no mandatory subscription.
What does the “from” price include?
A custom showcase site of a few pages, with a contact form and launch. The quote details what is included for your project; the amount depends on the number of pages and features.
Will the site rank well on Google?
It will be built properly to be able to: structure, speed, tags, sitemap. Ranking then depends on your sector, your content and the competition. We do not promise positions.

Describe your project and we will reply with a clear proposal.
A few lines are enough: your business, what you expect from the project, your timeline. No need to have everything figured out.
