What does maintenance include?
Only the operations, frequency, responsibilities and timelines defined in the agreement.
Is a new feature included?
No, unless explicitly stated. It's defined and quoted before it's built.
Can you take over a site built by another provider?
Potentially, after checking its state, access, dependencies and documentation.
Do we need to replace our current tools to link them?
Not necessarily. We look at their connection options and whether it's worth keeping them.
What can be automated?
Repetitive tasks with clear rules and reliable data. Exceptions need to be planned for.
What happens if a connection stops working?
Controls, alerts, responsibilities and recovery are defined within the scope of the integration and its follow-up.
Is AI always necessary?
No. A simple rule can be enough. AI is used only for a defined use, with validation and known limits.
Do we need a subscription?
For maintenance, yes: a monthly pack (€99, €199 or €379). Possible commitments and their discounts appear in the quote. Other projects (integrations, chatbot, automations) are quoted per project: from €1,800 for a chatbot, third-party tools extra.
