How a website project run.

An automation then follows its own steps: mapping, approved scope, build, tests, acceptance.

  2. 02ScopingGoals, content to provide and required access set together
  3. 03Site structureThe list of pages and the content of each, approved in writingWritten approval

  6. 06TestingYou test the website and its pages on a test environment
  7. 07AcceptanceSigned report, or tacit acceptance after 5 working days with no specific remark
  8. 08BalanceAfter acceptance, the balance is paid before the website goes live

What you provide
  • Your texts, photos and logos, with their usage rights
  • The details of your listings or projects
  • Access to the domain and the accounts needed

Approvals are given in writing: an email or a message is enough. We don't do photo shoots: you provide your visuals.

Examples of what we can automate.

Three typical flows for an estate agency; the first one also works for a construction company's quote requests.

Example

A viewing or quote request, centralised

  1. 01Incoming requestFrom your website's form, an ad or a property portal such as Immoweb.
  2. 02No duplicatesThe contact is compared with those already saved, then added to your tracking tool.
  3. 03AssignmentThe request goes to the right person, based on your rules.
  4. 04AcknowledgementThe contact gets an immediate reply; the person in charge is notified.
Example

Follow-ups and post-viewing feedback

  1. 01No replyA follow-up is sent if the contact doesn't answer, for example the next day.
  2. 02AlertStill no reply a few days later: the person in charge is alerted.
  3. 03After the viewingThe contact is invited to give feedback on the property visited.
  4. 04Next stepWhat happens next depends on their answer, following the rules you set.
Example

One listing, published on several channels

  1. 01New propertyThe property is created or updated in your management tool.
  2. 02CheckRequired information is checked: EPC (PEB) certificate, description, photos.
  3. 03PublishingThe listing is published or updated: your website, a portal such as Immoweb, your social media.
  4. 04SummaryEach channel's status is tracked, and you receive a summary.
Fictional examples, for illustration only. Tools, portals, rules and follow-up timings are defined with you during mapping; each connection depends on what the tool or portal allows.

FAQ · Real estate and construction

Your questions. Our clear answers.

How much does a website for an estate agency or a construction company cost?

A custom website starts at €1,800, up to 5 pages by default (adjustable in the quote). The number of listings or projects presented, and how they are updated, are set out in the quote. The final price is the one in the signed quote. No VAT is charged (VAT exemption).

Can you connect our website to property portals?

It depends on what each portal allows: we check this during mapping, before setting the scope and the price. The flows shown on this page are examples. Automations are priced on quote; subscriptions to the connected tools are paid by you.

How do we receive viewing or quote requests?

Every website includes a contact form, adapted to your business. To go further, an automation can save each request in your tracking tool, send an acknowledgement and schedule follow-ups, based on your rules. As soon as an automation processes personal data, the data processing agreement (DPA) applies.

Who adds new listings or new projects?

With a maintenance plan, we add them for you: adding or removing an item in an existing list, with up to 3 photos provided, counts as one small change. Essentiel at €99/month (2 small changes), Confort at €199/month (6), Croissance at €379/month (12). More than 10 items at once are quoted separately.

Do you run Google Ads campaigns?

Yes, from €600 per month, plus the ad budget, paid by you directly to the platform. Each campaign and each budget is approved by you before launch. We don't guarantee any volume of enquiries or sales.

Will our business be visible on Google?

The website includes basic technical SEO: tags, sitemap, performance. For nearby searches, local SEO (Google profile, consistent information, directories, a method for genuine reviews) is priced on quote. We don't guarantee any ranking, and we never create fake reviews.
