Website and chatbot for restaurants and hospitality.

For restaurants, cafés, bars, caterers and hotels in Brussels and across Belgium: a website where your guests book a table or order takeaway, a chatbot that answers their questions, an AI assistant on WhatsApp that helps your team during service, and local SEO so people nearby can find you.

assistant
  1. Hey, what time do we close tonight?19:15
  2. We close at 10pm tonight 👍 Hang in there, 2h45 of service left 💪19:15
  3. Ok. What’s the closing procedure?19:16
  4. In order: kitchen cleaning, dining room, restrooms, floors, dishwasher, fridges, stock, till, equipment, records. Critical points: full cleaning, HACCP logging and till closing.19:16
  5. What about the rice?19:17
  6. White rice: always throw it out. Brown rice: keep it only if the use-by date allows. As soon as a food looks off (smell, texture, appearance), throw it out right away and log it in the day’s waste so it counts as loss.19:17
  7. And what brand is the new fridge, do you know?19:18
  8. I don’t have that answer. I’m passing your question to the manager, who will get back to you as soon as possible.19:18

FAQ · Hospitality

Your questions. Our clear answers.

How much does a website for a restaurant cost?

A custom website starts at €1,800, up to 5 pages by default (adjustable in the quote). Table booking is priced on quote according to your rules; a shop for online ordering starts at €4,500. The final price is the one in the signed quote. No VAT is charged (VAT exemption).

Can our guests book a table online?

Yes, with two options priced on quote: a calendar tool integrated into your website, or a custom booking flow. Payment or a deposit at booking is an option.

Can we offer takeaway ordering?

Yes, with a custom online shop, from €4,500: payment by card or Bancontact via Stripe, pick-up on site or flat-rate delivery by area. Stripe's fee on each sale is paid by you, and preparing the orders stays on your side.

Who updates the menu and opening hours?

With a maintenance plan, we update them for you: changing a price or opening hours, adding or removing a dish counts as one small change. Essentiel at €99/month (2 small changes), Confort at €199/month (6), Croissance at €379/month (12). A fully renewed menu, more than 10 items at once, is quoted separately.

Will our venue be visible on Google?

The website includes basic technical SEO: tags, sitemap, performance. For nearby searches, local SEO (Google profile, consistent opening hours and contact details, directories, a method for genuine reviews) is priced on quote. We don't guarantee any ranking, and we never create fake reviews.

Can the website be in French and Dutch?

Yes: the multilingual version is an option priced separately; translations are not included.
