Starting price: the final price is the one in the signed quote. Under €3,000: 30% on accepting the quote, 70% before going live. No VAT is charged (VAT exemption).

How much does a website cost?
From €1,800 for a custom site of up to 5 pages (default value, adjustable in the quote), excluding options and third-party costs. The final price is the one in the signed quote. No VAT is charged (VAT exemption).
Who writes the copy?
By default, you provide your copy, photos and logos, with the rights to use them. Copywriting by Kayo is an option, priced separately in the quote.
Is the site mobile-friendly and search-ready?
Yes. The site is responsive and includes basic technical SEO: tags, sitemap and performance. Ongoing visibility work (SEO, local SEO, advertising) falls under GROW and is priced separately.
How many rounds of changes are planned?
Two per stage: on the mock-ups, then on development. The site structure and mock-ups are approved in writing; an email or a message is enough.
Can you redo an existing website?
Yes. A redesign is priced on quote, after an audit of the existing site. For a site not built by Kayo, this audit of the existing site costs €125 (flat fee), not deducted from the quote. We keep what works and plan redirects for the old addresses.
Can you add online booking?
Yes, as an option: a booking or sales flow is priced separately. For Aura Spa, we built a booking calendar into the site's journey.
Do we own the website?
Yes. The rights to the work created for you are transferred after full payment, and third-party accounts (domain, hosting) remain your property.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days from acceptance, we fix free of charge any bugs attributable to our work. After that, EVOLVE maintenance takes over from €99/month, or we work on quote.
